Rooted Youth
The Youth Group meets every Wednesday Evening from 6-8 p.m. during the school year.
Biblical Formation
We believe in the indispensability of the youth in our congregation. They are the future of our congregation, community, and the future of the faith itself.
Therefore, we aim to challenge our youth as the young adults they are in the complexity and fullness of God's written word. The fundamental aim of our youth programming is to foster not only a knowledge of but a love for scripture in the young men and women of our congregation.
Friendship
We strive to make our youth programming fun! We want the young people in our youth group to delight in the presence of one another as they delight in the care of their heavenly father.
We strive to create a space where our students can both laugh and cry together. We want to teach our young people to delight in each other's joy while also bearing one another's burdens.
Service
As a church, we believe in faith in action. Therefore, we seek to foster a love for service and outreach in the youth of our congregation. We work actively to make available numerous opportunities for the youth of our church to serve both our congregation and community.
As the young men and women of our congregation, we believe that our youth have not merely a passive role to play in the ministry of the church, but rather a leadership role at the forefront of all the church does in the community and beyond.
